How do you protect my donation?
We use multi-layered security: HTTPS encryption, IP risk assessment, CSRF protection, behavioral analysis, and rate limiting. All payments are processed through PCI DSS certified payment processors.
Why do I sometimes see a CAPTCHA?
CAPTCHA is displayed when our system detects suspicious activity (VPN usage, too rapid attempts, anonymous IP). This is a normal security measure to prevent bots and card testing.
Do you track my IP address?
Yes, we process IP addresses locally for fraud prevention only. IP logs are retained for up to 30 days in aggregate form, then deleted. We do not share your IP with third parties.
Is my donation confidential?
Yes. Name and email are optional. If you choose to remain anonymous, we only process payment information for security purposes. Your data is not sold or shared.
Do you accept international cards?
Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and other international cards. All payments are processed in euros (EUR).
How can I cancel or refund my donation?

Can I make recurring donations?
Yes, you can select the "Recurring" option on the donation form. You can cancel recurring payments at any time by contacting us.

Can I get a tax receipt?

What does "local IP lookups" mean?
We do not make real-time requests to third parties. We use locally stored databases (MaxMind GeoIP2) that are updated monthly. This ensures speed, privacy, and GDPR compliance.
